How It Works
Virtual visits are conducted by phone every Thursday. To schedule a virtual appointment, call our clinic at (647) 344-3366 during business hours. Dr. Soltani will call you at your scheduled time.

Virtual visits are perfect for follow-up appointments after a recent in-person visit, reviewing lab results, renewing prescriptions, discussing non-urgent health concerns, and coordinating specialist referrals.
What Virtual Visits Cannot Replace
Some health concerns require an in-person examination. If Dr. Soltani determines during your phone consultation that you need to be seen in person, she will arrange an in-clinic appointment.
OHIP Coverage
Virtual visits conducted by phone are covered by OHIP, just like in-person appointments. There is no additional cost for established patients.
