Our electronic medical records system (Accuro EMR) maintains industry-standard security protocols including encryption, access controls, and audit trails.

Medical records are retained for a minimum of 10 years from the date of last entry, or 10 years after the patient reaches the age of 18, whichever is longer, in accordance with the regulations of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
8. Your Rights
Under PHIPA, you have the right to:
- Access your personal health information held by our clinic
- Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information
- Withdraw consent for certain uses of your information (with some exceptions)
- File a complaint with the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario
9. Website Privacy
This website does not collect personal health information. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. Any analytics tools used collect only anonymous, aggregate data about website usage to help us improve our online services.
