No. You do not need a referral to register as a new patient or for walk-in visits. Simply call us to book your first appointment.
Yes. Most of our services are covered by OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan). Some services such as insurance medical exams, travel medicine consultations, and certain forms may have additional fees not covered by OHIP.
We are open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. On Thursdays, Dr. Soltani offers virtual visits by phone only. The clinic is closed on weekends and statutory holidays.
Absolutely. We provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages — from newborns to seniors. Dr. Soltani offers pediatric checkups, childhood immunizations, geriatric assessments, and everything in between.
Dr. Soltani is fluent in both English and Farsi (Persian), ensuring clear communication for our diverse community.
Yes. Walk-in patients are welcome during regular clinic hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, except Thursdays which are virtual-only). Walk-ins are seen on a first-come, first-served basis between scheduled appointments.
Please bring your valid Ontario Health Card (OHIP), a government-issued photo ID, a list of current medications and dosages, and any previous medical records or test results you may have.
Yes. On Thursdays, Dr. Soltani offers phone consultations for follow-up appointments, prescription renewals, lab result reviews, and non-emergency medical concerns.
You can request a prescription renewal by calling the clinic during business hours. For established patients, this can often be handled during a virtual visit on Thursdays.
Yes. We offer pre-travel health consultations and destination-specific vaccinations. Please note that travel medicine consultations may not be covered by OHIP and additional fees may apply.
Yes. Dr. Soltani can refer you to specialists as needed for conditions that require specialized care. Referrals are arranged based on medical necessity and your specific health needs.
We are located at Suite 204, 638 Sheppard Avenue West, North York, ON M3H 2S1. We are near Sheppard West Station (TTC Line 1) with free parking available in the building lot. The clinic is on the second floor and is elevator accessible.
